"Poor A&E service"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I went in with chest pain, rapid heart rate and abdominal pain. Initial treatment in triage was good and very prompt. Then the consultant I was passed over to was incredibly rude and abrupt. He didn't help what so ever, proceeded to belittle me and make light of my ill health. He then spoke out of turn to my husband, who was also upset and we decided to leave, without any help.
