About: Russells Hall Hospital

My dad was taken in via a and e. After a reasonable wait the staff attended to him like he was a VIP. At all stages the staffs professional attitude shone through with great personal care. Dispute having to deal with a number of challenging patients they continued to have a sense of humour. Medics have a hard job and all patients need to realize that they work in often difficult circumstances and should be applauded.
