"Short stay surgery"

On October 4th 2014 I attended Hereford Hospital for minor facial surgery. From the moment of arrival to the time I left, about 5 hours later, I was treated with kindness and courtesy. All the theatre staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful including my surgeon who did the most marvellous neat work on my nose, not at all how I imagined it would be. The whole experience was made as easy and relaxed as possible. I am grateful that there is such a facility available to us.
