"Ward 11 LGH Lovely staff made to feel comfortable"

About: Leicester General Hospital

I had to have a minor operation and had a few hours on ward 11, I would like to say thank you to all the staff they made me feel at ease and special mention to the nurse who was actually really helpful and looked after me. Made me feel at ease as I was very scared as it was the first time I'd been in hospital. I had my sandwich after my op but then I asked for toast and another coffee which they supplied no complaints. The lady that walked me to thetre she was nice and kept me talking to take my mind off things! The anasethic Doctor the surgeons Doctor all very nice and made me feel at ease even though I was dreading it!! Many thanks to ward 11 it's a lovely friendly ward. Rachael
