"Poor health care and service"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

I went into A&E with my wife on October 23rd, the consultant we saw was extremely unprofessional and the way that he/she talked down to my ill wife was disgusting. The consultant showed no compassion what so ever and why they work in that profession, I have no idea!
