Every time I left the clinic I was asked to leave appointment card at reception, without exception I had to call for appointment until this week when I had a letter from my dr stating I had missed a hospital appointment in September which I never received and no text message, have now agreed I will deal with Dr not the hospital as I have got nowhere in 3 years
