Full marks from the very start. Just 1 month from seeing my consultant to the operation being done. At all times I saw staff they were nothing but 100% kind, reassuring and professional. My after care advice was/is spot on and now just 5 days later I am pain free and looking forward to retuning to work. Thank goodness for the underrated NHS. Many thanks to all those involved.
