"Excellent care"

I had an appointment to have an endoscopy and I was rather nervous as he last time I had one the male consultant had been rather abrupt. This time I was seen by by a Dr and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The Dr talked me through the whole procedure and was so kind, as were all the nurses and staff. My experience of the endoscopy unit was fantastic and I wanted to write a positive review, as all you hear about are the negative things that happen within the NHS.
