What extraordinary people your nurses are. I got in late - no disabled parking as ever so had to keep circling - and a senior nurse saw me exhausted in door. The nurse pushed my chair to the relevant department, sorted the parking and called the department matron. Overwhelmed with such kindness after having stressful and hate-filled disability experiences elsewhere, I was in tears. The nurse took me aside in their busy schedule and gave me their attention. And then the nurse practitioner I was due to see went out of their way to be kind. All of this in a day when they probably give unpaid overtime to get through all the demands. Such deep humanity and observation.
