"followup appointment"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

I wrote earlier today saying that it wasn't made clear to me that I had to make the 6 week appointment myself and it wasn't done automatically. Following a phone call to the bookings dept. I've just received a phone call back to say I have an appointment the day before my 6 weeks are up. I was dealt with efficiently ( and quickly) so once more have no complaints but still think the iniital problem needs examining.
