"Impressed with service"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

Visited fracture clinic after breaking my wrist previous week. My appointment time was 9.20am and I arrived a little early. I was called in ,saw the doctor , had my wrist replastered and came out at 9.30am! I felt that all staff were helpful,respectful and efficient and that the doctor took time to explain things to me about my injury. The nurse who plastered my arm was polite,helpful and efficient and again he explained what I should and shouldn't do in relation to my wrist. I Was very impressed with the service and would like to thank the professionals who dealt with me. We hear all the complaints about waiting times and service from the NHS, and it is right to look at where improvements can be made, but I also feel we should give credit where it's due and say thankyou to all the staff who work so hard in the hospital. :)
