"Colposcopy"

I recently had to visit the colposcopy clinic and required full lazer treatment. This is the first smear rest that has come back abnormal and as I have a Phobia of needles I was extremely nervous. The Consultant and a young student nurse looked after me and I can honestly say made my experience so much better than expected. They totally calmed my nerves and the procedure was done without any issues. The Consultant was absolutely lovely to me and I can't thank her enough. Obviously having a very intrusive procedure isn't nice for anyone but when you are greeted with a nurse who is kind and caring and extremely professional it makes a world of difference.
