"no antibacterial gel"

About: Sandwell General Hospital

I visited sandwell hospital outpatients today, I was very disappointed to find out that there is no antibacterial gel anywhere down stairs in outpatients, we are told time and time again to wash our hands and use the gel, if it is not provided how can we use it, this is extremely bad, antibacterial gel needs to be put all around the hospital, the NHS will be first to complain if infections get into the hospital.

Thank you for your feedback. This should not happen at any time and we have alerted the relevant team to make sure there are sufficient supplies. Toby Lewis, Chief Executive.
