"waiting time for a&e takes forever"

Went to the a&e due to a small allergy reaction ibuprofen. Staff seems friendly enough though not helpful. The paramedics that helped me had to wait at least twenty minutes before she had been approached by a member of staff in the a&e with staff talking and laughing behind the desk. Service is slow. Staff acted like they are busy though in fact they take their time to finish a task. I find the operations very inefficient. My time is wasted.I visited st thomas hospital and I find the staff way more efficient and effective. It seems patients turnover are faster in st Thomas.
