"Staff are a joke!"

About: Spire Wellesley Hospital

Consultant brilliant. Staff are rude and very unhelpful! You complain and still things don't improve. This is our first and will be our last visit. Myself and my father have stayed in other private hopsitals and never had a bad word to say. Staff contradict each other, severe lack of communication between staff. The sooner we get my mum out of here the better. The ward and it's staff need a shake up in how they are being run. Avoid this hospital !
