I went in for a knee operation this October. The staff were so polite and helpful. They treated you with complete respect and asked me to call if I needed anything. They went through all the events and told me when I would have my operation. They looked after me when I came back. It wasn't just the staff on Ward 16 though. All the Theatre staff were also fantastic. A big thank you to them all.
