Thank you for your feedback following your visit to us in September 2014. We were sorry to learn that you found staff unhelpful when you were clearly struggling to mobilise and were in pain. The issues you have raised have been shared with the staff in the Emergency Department however, it is very difficult to respond to the specific concerns you have raised without being able to investigate in detail. We take all issues surrounding patient care very seriously and therefore if you would like to share your concerns in more detail please feel free to contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0161 276 8686 or by e-mailing pals@cmft.nhs.uk they will be happy to discuss this with you.
