"Ward 15 - excellent care!"

I have recently spent 8 days on ward 15 and could not fault my care. All the staff were cheerful and willing from the start of their shift right to the very end 13 hours later. Nothing was too much trouble although sometimes they must have felt stressed or harassed it was never evident to the patients. The staff all seemed to get on well and worked well regardless of their job title. The wards were cleaned regularly through out the day. My bed was made ever morning with clean sheets and remade or changed through the day if necessary. The NHS receives so much bad press and criticisms I think praise must be given where it is due. All the staff on ward 15 should feel proud of their achievements.
