"Out patient Departments chaotic"

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital

Out patient clinics are roughly 2-3 months behind schedule. Expect to wait 2 hours after your appointment time and then get 5 minutes with a Doctor. Drugs were prescibed without taking in a holistic approach to the patient needs. When a scan was arranged the results were still not available after 5 weeks. I would call the MREH out patient clinics as chaotic & far inferior to the old eye hospital.
