"Who on earth do they think they are to treat someone like that? "

About: William Harvey Hospital

(as a parent/guardian),

Daughter is in hospital and required iv antibiotics. The cannula had become blocked in the early evening and late in the evening and they have not replaced it. She has missed one course of treatment. 2nd course is due soon and it is not looking good.

They were supposed to get someone with an ultra sound to put in the cannula as she has no visible veins.

She has just been told that she is lucky to be getting the treatment and to think of the other patients.

Who on earth do they think they are to treat someone like that?
