"Constant delays in getting hip surgery "

After being put on the waiting list for a hip arthroscopic operation November 2013, I eventually got a date 2nd May. My operation was cancelled 4 times. On the 4th occasion I sat in a cold corridor all day only to be sent away at 5.30 pm. I eventually had the operation. Which was unsuccessful. I did not receive a follow up appointment and was told I had been accidentally missed.

I saw my consultant on the 15th September and now need a full hip replacement. I was told 3 months wait. In the last few weeks that has gone up to 9 months at Southmead. Due to this, I have now been told my operation will be at the Spire, who are happy to see me but my notes are in a queue. Southmead only have one staff member sending on the notes.

I'm a self employed hairdresser. Every time my operation was cancelled clients had to be moved a cancelled. I'm now relying on crutches to get about. Please help.
