"Knee replacement"

I have waited now 36 weeks for a knee replacement, I was given a date for my my op on Friday the 24th October then I received a letter n bringing it forward to the 21st October,when I arrived at 6 45am waited for an our and then was told my operation had been cancelled and nobody had the manners to inform me,just plain ignorance.
