I cut my foot badly and was advised to have it assessed at minor injuries. The lady at reception taking details could have been friendlier. I have been to this department before and was met by a rude receptionist, so I think this is something that can definitely be improved upon. Unfortunately I was waiting for over 2 hours before I was seen, however, when I was seen I saw the friendliest, most pleasant doctor. He was very friendly, avoided jargon and explained everything and why he wanted to do what he was doing. Being on a night shift, I would have expected him to be less than formidable, but he was cheerful. I must say I was very pleased when he asked if I had any questions at the end. Great at his job!
"A good experience"
