"Long time waiting"

Came for a pre op assessment. Took five hours. Came for operation, struggled to find parking. Waited for 4 hours in theatre reception before being told that my op was cancelled due to lack of beds. Other people also had their op cancelled. Was given a sandwich, a cup of tea and taxi home, however still very stressful and frustrating. My op will hopefully be re-scheduled within 28 days.
