"outward childrens"

About: East Surrey Hospital

my 8 week old baby was taken in ill with bhronculitis and took a turn for the worse on a sunday, the nurses were unbelievable and deserve a medal all of them includibg the doctors, our nurses who I cant thank enough were let me tell you they are all fantastic and a special thanks to one nurse who sat with the baby whilst we grabbed some sleep after 4 long days that is going beyond your call of duty by a mile and gave us the energy to look after our baby. fantastic ward dont be worried if you have to visit the made us feel at home and I couldbt of asked for better treatment. the doctors are excellent and when you see them walking around holding children you can see that its not just a job to these doctors abd nurses they actually care

Dear Mike

Even though this must have been an anxious time for you, thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments. I do hope that your baby's condition is improving.

It's always so lovely to hear how our hard our doctors and nurses on Outwood ward work, going above and beyond to help and reassure worried mums and dads and I will make sure that I pass your feedback on to the team concerned.

I am sure they will be very pleased.

Kind regards

Maxine May
