"Vascular Operation"

I was recommended for treatment after seeing the Consultant who took the time to carefully explain exactly what would happen and what he would be doing. When I arrived at Frimley Park for the operation I was treated with courtesy, respect and politeness, but more than that, with a genuine want to make sure I was very well looked after, assisted when needed, and extreemly cared for. The nursing staff were excellent and put my mind at rest. When I was returned to the ward after the op. the surgeon and the anaesthetist both came to make sure I was ok and the surgeon actually rang my wife and put her mind at ease and informed her that all had gone well. I was in for a couple of days and during that time the nurses were excellent and looked after me. They treated me well and provided care and assistance whilst I was in hospital and again, upon my return to home, after care by the Vascular Nurses. I believe Frimley Park was awarded an "Outstanding" by OFTEL and they all certainly deserved it. I would not hesitate in recommending Frimley Park to friends and relations if given the chance.
