"Continuous cancellations by broomfield hospital"

I have been attending the ARMD Clinic since June 2013, and once again (fourth time by Broomfield) the hospital has again cancelled my appointment on (a) 15th October 2014 to (b) 25th October and re-appointed to 10th November 2014. As my left eye is getting worse for vision, the last injection being in July 2014 I am getting rather concerned about my so called treatment at Broomfield.Surely these cancelled appointments are not down to "no doctors being available" or is it just mis-management by the office staff in the appointments department? How about a little more service to the patient with a serious problem please.
