"Not good enough"

I haven't given any stars for cleanliness etc. as I'm writing this on behalf of a young relative who is too reticent to say anything. This relative has been back and forth to her gp for some time with an undiagnosed problem. After weeks and weeks of 'possibly, could be, probably, might be' she was given an appointment at the County Hospital. And after several invasive and painful procedures, she came away with 'possibly, could be, probably, might be. Come back in 3 months'. Given that one of these 'slight possibilities' is cancer, this is not good enough! That's 3 months of worrying and - if it does turn out to be the worst - 3 months for it to go undiagnosed and untreated. No wonder the NHS Trust in Hereford is in special measures. Sort it out!
