Today 20/10 had non emergency foot op.Staff on Canbury Ward, Esher wing were excellent. Kind, polite, efficient, friendly, attentive. The nurses, the anesthetist, the man with the crutches, everyone I encountered did all they could to make me feel valued, safe and respected. The ward was clean and fresh. 1st appt to asses my situation was July & op October - so quick. Pre-op staff very good also. Very satisfactory
