My care over the last 6 months has been very good, however the following would aid recovery:
1) Continuity of specialist care - never sure who you will see and when.
2) Food at QMC is very rarely good.
3) I would have been reassured if when I returned home and contacted the District Nurses they had given me a quick visit to check my wound and to ensure that I was coping with the injections. A 10 day wait for this visit was too long.
