About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital (Telford)

(as the patient),

It took quite a long time to get referred as my doctor had records for my old address and hadn’t changed them. I was waiting twice as long.

I am disappointed to hear that your records were not updated at your GP practice. and that this lead to a delay in processing your referral. If you want to discuss this omission with your GP practice am sure that the Practice Manager will be happy to speak to you

I appreciate that this caused a slight delay to your referral but I am sure you can appreciate that the TRAQS team have a responsibility to ensure that all patient address and contact details are correct to ensure that all correspondence from TRAQS and the hospital reaches the correct address. before completing the booking process.
