"I have found the whole episode very professionally performed"

I suffered with Neck pain continually since December 2013. Contacted my GP in August 2014. He arranged for me to have an x-ray. I received an appointment date in September but as I had to travel to Africa I rang the TRAQS and explained my position. They told me that there was a vacancy the next day due to someone being unable to attend. I took that vacancy. Shortly after returning to the UK I had an appointment with a physiotherapist. She examined me and within a few minutes located the exact spot where the pain/problem was. She gave me some exercises to do each day and after 1 week the pain has eased. I have found the whole episode very professionally performed by all the hospital.
