"I feel able to look to the future with more confidence"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I was referred to Inclusion Matters for help with both bereavement + loss issues and also high levels of anxiety which have plagued me for most my life. The choice of councillor for me, Sue, was very much the right choice. Throughout the treatment period Sue has worked with me in a totally professional and stalled way. I have not only been helped in the grieving process I feel able to look to the future with the more confidence, but have also been helped considerably to understand issues from the past. Sue’s deep level of understanding and awareness has enabled me to make connections in my complicated past history that I have never previously made.

I still suffer with anxiety problem but have also been referred by Sue for mindfulness caring which I hope provide me with additional tools to deal with this problem.

Dear Centre324,

It sounds as though counselling has enabled you to not only feel in a better place emotionally and has helped you through the grieving process, but has also helped you to make sense of some of your experiences. I hope that you find MIndfulness helpful and that you are able to feel less anxious.

Best wishes

Tracey
