my husband and I visited the orthopaedic out-patients department today and we were treated like private patients! the staff nurse was exceptional, I cannot praise her enough - she was a real gem - she was dedicated, understanding and totally professional. nothing was too much bother for. she deserves a medal!!! thank you for all your help and support.

It's such a pity we do not know the name of the nurse you mention in your posting as we would have dearly liked to raise your comments with him/her in person.
