"Poor treatment"

I had an apalling experience in outpatients. I dread to think what the poor patients in the residentla units are going through. Confidentiality breached. Tried to be forced to take medication, refused. Lack of understanding about my situation. Rude, unethical, inappropriate doctor. No empathy, understanding or empowerment. Avoid this hospital. If you get referred here, please ask to go somewhere else.
