Last week I attended the ENT department at LRI after being referred by my doctor on an emergency 2 week urgent appointment. I was very nervous and frightened. The respect and tender care that I was shown by the Consultant and all of the team was exeptional and I am deeply grateful for the kindness and consideration I was shown. Thank you Christine Dallas
