"Several departments"

After decades of good health, family members have needed urgent treatment in the last few years for a variety of conditions. The service we have received in all departments has been superb, and could not be bettered however much we could have been paying. The problem with praising services, and most importantly the staff, is that this makes it look as if everything os great.. I realise it is not, and that people are delivering these high standards in the face of difficulty and cuts. I hope the good work at RLI is able to continue and that it will be recognised by government .
