"Rude receptionist"

I have visited the MK Urgent Care many times and most of the time I have had nothing but praise for them, the only exception to the rule is one of the receptionists.

Unfortunately this person really isn't very welcoming or friendly. I had to ask how long it might be for my son to be seen after being there for 2 hours and this receptionist just said 6 in front 7 urgent to be triaged. Even when I explained he was getting worse (we were there as an urgent case, and had been told to go up by the GP), all she could say was that the triage nurse could see him again when she was free.

It isn't the first time I have experienced or witnessed this kind of reaction from this receptionist. I work as a receptionist, and foremost in my duties is to be polite and courteous, something this person seems to be lacking on many occasions. The nurses and doctors have always been very efficient and helpful, it's just a shame the first person you see can leave such a bad impression.
