I used choose and book and chose a date and time, only to turn up at hospital and find that it had been cancelled without anyone notifying me. The amazing thing was the way choose and book blamed the hospital, they in turn blamed the GP's surgery, and they the hospital and choose and book. I have waited ages for this appointment, only for it to be put back another month, due to a lack of communication between all 3.
