(as a relative),

The numbers system...what's that about? 3 room stages, security and stuff is not helpful.

Visits are not always easy to make and I feel staff deny I have booked a visit!

The notice board is confusing.

Some of our visiting time is wasted due to having to wait for gates to open and numbers.

Thank you for your comments regarding the visit systems and this is clearly causing you frustration.

I will discuss this with prison team on your behalf and look at possible resolutions to this issue.
