"My grandsons care"

My 2yr old grandson was admitted Wednesday 15th Oct, to the childrens ward with a severe infection, ? sepsis. I would like to thank the female consultant for her personal concern for his condition and the way she treated myself and my daughter. She was lovely and very caring, but I have contacted PALS regarding a junior drs attitude to us and her total lack of care and concern for my grandson. She was rude, and appeared as if she did not have a clue. I have been a registered nurse at FPH in the past ( for 19yrs) and have always supported the hospital as being excellent, but was appaulled at the care this dr gave, and was embarrassed to say that I used to work there. There were also conflicting advice given by nursing staff. I do hope this can be resolved, so it does not happen again
