"Minor injuries"

In the last year I have had two experiences of being "patched up" at the Minor Injuries Unit after a fall and cut to a hand, which bled profusely because of the medication I am on. It was such a relief to be able to go to a local service and receive immediate care, and advice on follow-up treatment. It is wonderful that this service is available during the day for 365 days a year. I am very grateful for the professional skill and kindness shown to me.
