"A complaint about 999 call"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as a relative),

I made seven 999 calls which resulted in my husband getting zero medical treatment and being hung up on for moaning in pain. One controller said we should get a taxi and they refused to give me their surname, we pay our NI and taxes why are we being refused medical assistance when it is needed and being spoken down to? This was a disgusting service!
