Sadly my partner endured her second miscarriage earlier last month resulting in surgery. We can not thank the staff in the early pregnancy unit and the staff on ward 40 enough for their exceptional compassionate care both my partner and myself received. In particular we would like to mention a nurse in the early pregnancy unit who confirmed the miscarriage and the nurse looking after my partner on the ward. Both nurses helped us through a devastating time with their advise, kind words, explanations, understanding and cups of tea! Please pass on my thanks as I believe excellent care often goes without recognition. Chris
