I didnt have privacy when admitted to A&E - was parked on a trolley near nurses station. When moved to Emergency Assessment Unit I was on a bed squeezed into an area used for storage, not an adequate space for a bed. This is no fault of any of the frontline staff at the hospital. There are too many managers who are not doing enough to rectify bed shortage problems. They could open more unused wards if the trust got rid of a few unnecessary managers.
