"Visit to the dermatology dept."

My appointment was for `14.30. I registered at the reception desk and was sent immediately to the Day surgery dept. After a wait of no more than 5 minutes I was called by a nurse to have my details checked, blood pressure taken. This was done with cheerful talk and professionalism. I returned to the waiting room. I was duly called into the procedure room after a short time. More details were checked and I was told exactly what was going to happen. I was very impressed with the doctor. She worked quickly and with expertise and it was all over in a very short time,with no discomfort to me at all. After another blood pressure check I was asked to sit in waiting room for 10 mins. A stool was got for me to put my leg on and a cup of tea was offered. All in all a very good experience.
