Unfortunately on the day of my appointment the computer system had gone down. I can imagine that this is a huge inconvenience for the hospital, but despite those difficulties, I was still seen within half an hour. I've spent longer waiting for an appointment when the computers have been fine, so I was quite impressed. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and caring. I went in with little hope of help, and left feeling more hopeful than I have in a long time. I am yet to try the medication that has been prescribed, as it was yesterday, but I have been delighted with the care I have so far received. I now know that I'm not at the end of the line for pain relief, and having someone listen and take me seriously has already made a difference. All in all, I couldn't be happier with how my first appointment went.
"Terrific"
