Tried several times to phone to get update on my brothers condition phoned several times different numbers no one answers the phones I live inYorkshire never had a problem down here wit phoning a hospital not good enough........

I am so sorry that you have experienced this difficulty, this is not our usual standard. I have raised these concerns with the appropriate managers for their attention.
