What I liked

My nurse was especially helpful, courteous and friendly. The Doctor was equally friendly and nice and spent plenty of time with me and my wife explaining what had happened and what preventative actions could be carried out in future. A thoroughly friendly atmosphere.

What could be improved

The only thing I would mention with all respect is that the nurse was a little quietly spoken. I think more to background noise than anything else.

I have visited QA A&E over the years and the treatment I recived both medically and personally was the best I've every expereinced. I have always had a deep respect for the teams that work in that environment and commend the team that dealt with me early Saturday monring of 4th April 2009. Well done all :-) and thank you so much.
