"Excellent, Attentive & Considerate"

Following referral by my GP, my initial appointment came through surprisingly quickly. This was as pleasant as such things can be; the consultant was approachable, friendly and reassuring and the follow-up endoscopy appointment came through equally promptly. This procedure was again made as pleasant as is possible by the lovely staff in the endoscopy unit. The waiting area was uncrowded, I was seen on time, the procedure was carefully explained and I was given constant reassurance. The aftercare was equally excellent. I cannot praise the doctors and staff of Princess Royal highly enough for the superb standard of care.
